Our solutions are based on consultation and discovery, then are designed and delivered based on our knowledge and skills. That said, we recognise there are some basic elements that are a shared need, therefore, we do offer some off-the-shelf, pre-designed training.  You simply have to provide the audience.

Consultation and Discovery

We consult at every level and work through the organisation, consulting across every human touch point to assess and understand how and when engagement occurs today. 

This will mean we offer celebration for the great work you’re already doing and suggestions for improving areas where you might benefit.

We believe inclusion, engagement, fairness and acceptance should be experienced by everyone and should be the responsibility of all. 

Facilitation

All groups naturally include individual ways of thinking, unique levels of experience and confidence.

Our facilitators will design and structure their time with you to ensure that every person is heard, understood, included and appreciated and feels empowered to support the desired outcome.

Coming together must result in something different.  This could be a deeper understanding and better teamwork, new behaviours, an innovation or invention of an idea, or a set of clean and measurable actions.

Relationship Intervention

We provide a facilitative service for professional relationships. Whether there is conflict, a lack of understanding, or a desire to simply work better together.

Often, neurologically divergent individuals will experience challenges in professional relationships. All parties in any relationship are required to do things a little differently, to invest time, care, and understanding.

Unfortunately, we are often engaged once a relationship is at a point of conflict, but this doesn’t have to be the case. If you want truly powerful and supportive relationships, engage with us earlier and show how you value shared success.

Coaching

We provide expert executive and high-performance coaching.

This service can be delivered to a group of individuals with a shared ambition, or, in most cases, one-to-one.

We deliver powerful sessions for leaders that truly care, who want to inspire engagement and inclusion, built around their individual needs.

Many leaders don’t want to offend or disenfranchise members of their team or organisation.  This can lead to them treading on eggshells, feeling disempowered to be truthful or to overthink responses to situations. They can often lean way too heavily on support structures such as HR.

We can tailor coaching that meets their unique challenges, developmental needs and wants. It is a very important and protected relationship where leaders can be who they are and experience honest and courageous conversations.
