At Innate Change, we believe that when we are born, the first human need we experience, before food, warmth or shelter, is one of connection; a sense of belonging. This doesn’t change throughout our life. It is our sense of connection to others and a shared understanding or purpose that means we stay healthy and on track towards happy and successful futures.
What we do and how we work
Innate Change is a Community Interest Company (CIC). This means that any profit we make is reinvested into your community to support individuals, families, and community groups that include neurodivergence. We facilitate and nurture an inclusive and engaging world – a world that seeks to understand and support happiness.
We provide neurodiversity support in two very important places;
For organisations, we support the realisation of a truly engaged, diverse workforce and all the benefits that creates. The different thinking we nurture will bring innovation and creativity and can lead to some unexpected rewards across people, profit, and the planet.
We help them to understand, attract, motivate, and retain neurodiverse talent while also developing those within the community. This helps us imagine a world with fewer barriers, greater reward, and a fairer experience for all.
There are many reasons that individuals or families seek neurodiversity support and help. The parent of a neurodivergent child may be struggling to get the support they need and are worried about what the future holds for their child. Or an individual may be looking for support with career development, relationships, or communication, and are feeling lonely and desperate.
We can help to provide the strategies and neurodiversity support they need to make a difference to how they behave, interact and feel.
Whether you’re an individual or work within an organisation, we can support you to experience more success more often through a fully inclusive experience.
How Innate Change began
Our founder, Dominic Keohane, is ADHD and autistic.
His early career was spent in the realms of human behaviour, change, and leadership development. He has worked around the world as a facilitator and coach.
Being told he is ADHD and autistic late in life meant he pivoted his career. Determined to create and support a fair and inclusive world, he brought together key members of his rich network, a sprinkling of his personal and professional experiences, and his vast skill set.
