Dominic Keohane

CEO and Founder; Coach

Our founder, Dom, is ADHD and Autistic. He has worked around the world as a facilitator and high-performance executive coach. He is a creative and caring professional who is down to earth, realistic and continually focused on our clients getting a faster and more effective solution.

Having a wealth of experience spanning 35 years from customer-serving front line roles, to senior strategic roles, and a great pedigree of learning, he offers coaching with a sprinkling of mentoring, a dash of challenge, and often some humour. An NLP Master practitioner, Certified Systems and Complexity facilitator as well as a certified counsellor, Dom works at a senior level in all business sectors as well as supporting our pay-it-forward community.

Louise Gilbert

Louise brings a strategic and people-centred approach to her role at Innate Change, with over 25 years of experience across data, finance, retail, IT and social impact sectors. As Solution Lead, she specialises in streamlining processes, improving service delivery and building systems that genuinely support people.
 
With a background in operational management, business development, and project leadership, Louise is known for turning complexity into clarity and helping purpose-led teams work more effectively and sustainably.
 
Alongside her operational role, Louise is a qualified coach (ADCT) and mentor. She creates a calm, supportive space where individuals can reflect, grow and gain clarity. Louise is especially passionate about helping people build confidence, explore challenges, and take steps that align with who they are. Her own late ADHD diagnosis brings added understanding and sensitivity to difference, enriching how she listens and holds space.
 
Deeply values-led and with an overarching desire to help others, her approach is intuitive, kind, and grounded in empathy – helping deliver impact with heart.

Rachel Hayden

Rachel lives in Leamington Spa and is an experienced business leader, executive coach, and accomplished marketing consultant with twenty years of expertise in marketing and communications. Rachel is proud to have progressed from an entry-level marketing position to a Board Director (during her 15-year tenure at Baxi Heating), whilst advocating for inclusive working practices and championing flexible working arrangements for everyone.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rachel takes pride in being a devoted mother of two, one of whom has ADHD. Her journey in supporting and nurturing a neurodiverse child has profoundly shaped her perspective on life, particularly in regard to the structures of the education system and the workplace. Rachel strongly believes that everyone possesses incredible potential when provided with the right environment and support tailored to meet their unique needs.

Rachel is a positive, committed, and caring coach who thrives on building honest and hardworking relationships with her clients. Supporting leaders, managers, and teams, she facilitates lasting positive changes and goal achievement. Passionate about talent development, Rachel fosters both personal and business growth. Certified (Level 7) and skilled in coaching and mentoring, she offers a powerful fusion of workplace leadership experience and executive coaching, providing clients with invaluable support tailored to their needs.

Mandy Edmond

Mandy lives in Devon and works at a senior executive level as Vice Principal, Head of Quality and Standards, and Registrar at Norland College in Bath.

Her career has included working closely with babies, young children, and their families, as well as young people in colleges and universities, and this has given her an appreciation of the importance of seeing and knowing the value of every individual.

She is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential by removing barriers and she understands that the earliest experiences in a child’s life have an impact on their physical and mental wellbeing, so it’s incredibly important to ensure babies and young children are understood and loved right from the start.

She is involved in Innate Change because she wants to change the world, one person at a time, by creating living and working environments where everyone can thrive.

John Vary

John Vary

John grew up in Peckham, South-East London, as the oldest of five children. From a young age, he saw the world differently. He later found out he has ADHD and dyslexia, something the school system missed. These challenges became strengths, helping him spot patterns others often ignore and think in new ways.
 
John founded Stretch to challenge the lack of diversity in how people think and to be a catalyst for innovation across different businesses and industries. He’s worked with major brands like Burberry and the John Lewis Partnership, leading big changes that bring together people, creativity, and technology.
 
He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Kingston University for helping students build the skills they need for tomorrow’s world. He’s also one of the top futurist speakers globally, often sharing ideas on how we can all do things better, especially by including more diverse ways of thinking.
 
John’s goal is simple: help people and organisations unlock bold thinking and take action, today and for the future.

Nicola Cole is the Founder & CEO of an accountancy practice based in Camberley, Surrey. An FCCA qualified accountant with extensive experience in large corporate environments, Nicola has built her career on delivering clear, strategic advice that helps businesses grow with confidence. Her background includes leading and managing high-performing teams, where she has developed a reputation for fostering collaborative, supportive working cultures.

Nicola is passionate about understanding the unique goals and challenges of every client, ensuring they receive tailored guidance that empowers them to make sound financial decisions. She believes in removing barriers to success and is committed to building lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency and shared purpose.

Beyond her professional work, Nicola is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential by creating environments where they can truly thrive. She is involved in initiatives that support personal and professional development, reflecting her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and succeed.

Ashley Rhodes

Ash has over 25 years experience working with global organisations across multiple industries in the world of data management and business operations. His focus has been in building and developing teams and he has extensive experience in line management, mentoring and coaching.
 
Ash has a passion for working with young people to help them develop and grow in their roles – and as individuals – and he has experience coaching and mentoring neurodivergent colleagues across all age-ranges.
 
Ash strongly believes that brilliant teams are made from brilliantly different people – and is passionate about coaching to get the best out of individuals and help them feel fulfilled in their roles.

James lives in Surrey and works as a digital marketing manager at Waitrose & Partners. As someone who is neurodivergent himself, he’s passionate about empowering individuals with unique cognitive styles to thrive. Having experienced first-hand the challenges and triumphs of navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent individual, he’s a strong advocate for employment wellbeing and mental health.

James is very excited to work as a Non-Executive Director in an organisation which is ambitious to remove barriers towards accessing coaching and unlocking the potential in people. Having had treatment and support from such a young age, and with many people not being as lucky as he was, James is hungry to be involved in helping Innate Change support those people so they can enjoy similar career and social life successes and to grow an understanding of neurodiversity in the broader society

Simon Cuzner

Simon Cuzner

Simon lives in Southwest London and is a people-focused, experienced coach and community advocate with over 40 years’ experience in the retail sector. Having progressed from a Branch Manager at the John Lewis Partnership, Simon built a career based on human connection. As a long-standing Community Champion, he played a central role in shaping how stores engaged with their local communities, bringing care and purpose to everyday work.

Alongside his leadership career, Simon trained and qualified as a coach, achieving Master Practitioner status in NLP. His deep interest in human behaviour, combined with personal experience navigating mental health challenges, has shaped his coaching approach. Simonbelieves wholeheartedly in the power of self-awareness and understanding as tools for growth and healing.

As a father of three and proud grandfather, Simon is passionate about giving back to his local community. Whether volunteering at Strawberry Hill House or supporting his grandchildren, he finds meaning in service and connection. He believes the most valuable gift we can give is our time.

Gavin Spry brings over 28 years of experience in the IDT (Information, Digital and Technology) sector, having spent the majority of his career at a major Integrated Oil Company. Currently, Gavin leads a global technology programme aimed at transforming financial processes and systems on a global scale.
 
His strategic vision and leadership have helped drive large-scale, innovative changes in a complex, global business environment.

Passionate about making a difference, Gavin is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals who face challenges in meeting societal expectations and norms. This personal drive is shaped by his own experience as the parent of a neurodivergent child. Gavin is dedicated to creating environments where people can achieve their fullest potential, regardless of the social hurdles they may face.

As a Non-Executive Director at Innate Change, Gavin will blend his extensive corporate experience with his collaborative and energetic approach to help drive the company’s mission. He aims to support Innate’s efforts to improve the lives of all those who interact with the company

Jenny is a highly skilled and experienced executive coach, trained and certified by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She has a fervent commitment to unlocking the potential of individuals in all aspects of life and of leadership teams. Jenny has a personal and professional experience in neurodiversity and has successfully led diverse and inclusive teams. She has developed a keen interest in coaching and supporting individuals, families, and organisations that include neurodivergence, advocating for accessible coaching for all.

Jenny’s clients deeply value the trust she builds, which facilitates deeper, more meaningful conversations and opportunities for growth. Her coaching approach is characterised by curiosity, attentive listening, personal reflection, and raising self-awareness. This allows her clients to gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs and challenges, explore opportunities, and set goals and strategies for success.

Susie original trained as an actor and has always had an interest in the human condition. Gill Holdway

Coach

Gill is an experienced coach, NLP Master Practitioner, employee engagement specialist and people leader. Her passion is for encouraging greater confidence in others and she works with her intuition, empathy and a focus on personal strengths and she appreciates the opportunity to help others bring about positive change in their lives.

She believes that coaching can help anyone can achieve the outcome they are looking for. This could be working towards a particular solution, breaking down obstacles or improving peace of mind. Coaching offers time to focus on yourself, your emotions and experiences and look at events from a new perspective.

Having been coached herself, she knows firsthand how effective it can be. In 2017 she was diagnosed with a lung condition and had to work with a respiratory physiotherapist to ‘learn to breathe again’. This experience has brought about an increased awareness of her own and others’ breathing. Working intuitively, with conscious curiosity about how others breathe has given her new insights into her coaching work with clients. She is also a hearing aid wearer.

Alison Mcloughlin

Alison has worked in retail for 30 years in leading commercial, marketing, brand and IT teams. She has been a qualified coach since 2017and a coach supervisor since 2021.

She is truly interested in people as individuals, with all their differences, and has a passion for learning and for making a positive difference to individuals, teams and the businesses she works with. She loves being part of moving things forward and facilitating change and growth and believes that we all have knowledge waiting to be discovered that could unlock new learning, awareness and change.

As a coach she sees her role as being a guide, helping to unlock potential in the right way, and at the right pace for the client. With an open style and positive outlook, her approach to coaching is to listen, explore, challenge, and work with the client to achieve their goals and unlock their knowledge and awareness. Her aim is to build rapport and create an enjoyable, safe space where we are curious, gentle and challenging, and build mutual trust and respect. The coaching sessions will lead to self-awareness, new knowledge and thinking that will help the client move forward through thoughts, actions and conclusions.

She has a wonderful and varied 17-year career in roles spanning communications, training, recruitment, human centred design and employee experience. Her passion for encouraging the self-belief and confidence of others is palpable. She’s an enthusiastic and passionate facilitator of growth, and her favourite days are when people leave the room feeling uplifted, hopeful, and curious about the significantly positive impact they could have on others, themselves, and their businesses.
