Having a wealth of experience spanning 35 years from customer-serving front line roles, to senior strategic roles, and a great pedigree of learning, he offers coaching with a sprinkling of mentoring, a dash of challenge, and often some humour. Rachel lives in Leamington Spa and is an experienced business leader, executive coach, and accomplished marketing consultant with twenty years of expertise in marketing and communications. Rachel is proud to have progressed from an entry-level marketing position to a Board Director (during her 15-year tenure at Baxi Heating), whilst advocating for inclusive working practices and championing flexible working arrangements for everyone.

Mandy lives in Devon and works at a senior executive level as Vice Principal, Head of Quality and Standards, and Registrar at Norland College in Bath.
Her career has included working closely with babies, young children, and their families, as well as young people in colleges and universities, and this has given her an appreciation of the importance of seeing and knowing the value of every individual.
She is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential by removing barriers and she understands that the earliest experiences in a child’s life have an impact on their physical and mental wellbeing, so it’s incredibly important to ensure babies and young children are understood and loved right from the start.

Nicola Cole is the Founder & CEO of an accountancy practice based in Camberley, Surrey. An FCCA qualified accountant with extensive experience in large corporate environments, Nicola has built her career on delivering clear, strategic advice that helps businesses grow with confidence. James lives in Surrey and works as a digital marketing manager at Waitrose & Partners. Having experienced first-hand the challenges and triumphs of navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent individual, he’s a strong advocate for employment wellbeing and mental health.
James is very excited to work as a Non-Executive Director in an organisation which is ambitious to remove barriers towards accessing coaching and unlocking the potential in people. Having had treatment and support from such a young age, and with many people not being as lucky as he was, James is hungry to be involved in helping Innate Change support those people so they can enjoy similar career and social life successes and to grow an understanding of neurodiversity in the broader society
Simon lives in Southwest London and is a people-focused, experienced coach and community advocate with over 40 years’ experience in the retail sector. Having progressed from a Branch Manager at the John Lewis Partnership, Simon built a career based on human connection. As a long-standing Community Champion, he played a central role in shaping how stores engaged with their local communities, bringing care and purpose to everyday work.
Alongside his leadership career, Simon trained and qualified as a coach, achieving Master Practitioner status in NLP. His deep interest in human behaviour, combined with personal experience navigating mental health challenges, has shaped his coaching approach. Simonbelieves wholeheartedly in the power of self-awareness and understanding as tools for growth and healing.

Jenny is a highly skilled and experienced executive coach, trained and certified by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She has a fervent commitment to unlocking the potential of individuals in all aspects of life and of leadership teams. Jenny has a personal and professional experience in neurodiversity and has successfully led diverse and inclusive teams. She has developed a keen interest in coaching and supporting individuals, families, and organisations that include neurodivergence, advocating for accessible coaching for all.

Susie original trained as an actor and has always had an interest in the human condition. Gill is an experienced coach, NLP Master Practitioner, employee engagement specialist and people leader. Her passion is for encouraging greater confidence in others and she works with her intuition, empathy and a focus on personal strengths and she appreciates the opportunity to help others bring about positive change in their lives.
She believes that coaching can help anyone can achieve the outcome they are looking for. This could be working towards a particular solution, breaking down obstacles or improving peace of mind. Coaching offers time to focus on yourself, your emotions and experiences and look at events from a new perspective.
Having been coached herself, she knows firsthand how effective it can be. In 2017 she was diagnosed with a lung condition and had to work with a respiratory physiotherapist to ‘learn to breathe again’. This experience has brought about an increased awareness of her own and others’ breathing. Working intuitively, with conscious curiosity about how others breathe has given her new insights into her coaching work with clients. She is also a hearing aid wearer.
Alison has worked in retail for 30 years in leading commercial, marketing, brand and IT teams. She has been a qualified coach since 2017and a coach supervisor since 2021.

She has a wonderful and varied 17-year career in roles spanning communications, training, recruitment, human centred design and employee experience. Her passion for encouraging the self-belief and confidence of others is palpable. She’s an enthusiastic and passionate facilitator of growth, and her favourite days are when people leave the room feeling uplifted, hopeful, and curious about the significantly positive impact they could have on others, themselves, and their businesses.
