Innate Change - Enabling Diversity, Inclusion & Equity | Dominic Keohane, our Founder

Dominic Keohane

CEO and Founder

Our founder, Dom, is ADHD and Autistic. His early career was spent in the realms of human behaviour, change, and leadership development. He has worked around the world as a facilitator and coach, and being told he is ADHD and Autistic late in life meant he pivoted his career. Determined to create and support a fair and inclusive world, he brought together key members of his rich network, a sprinkling of his personal and professional experiences, and his vast skill set.

Innate Change - Enabling Diversity, Inclusion & Equity | Meet our Board - Mandy Edmond

Mandy Edmond

Non-Executive Director (Board Chair)

Mandy lives in Devon and works at a senior executive level as Vice Principal, Head of Quality and Standards, and Registrar at Norland College in Bath.

Her career to date has included working closely with babies, young children, and their families, as well as young people in colleges and universities, and this has given her an appreciation of the importance of seeing and knowing the value of every individual.

She is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential by removing barriers and she understands that the earliest experiences in a child’s life have an impact on their physical and mental wellbeing, so it’s incredibly important to ensure babies and young children are understood and loved right from the start.

She is involved in Innate Change because she wants to change the world, one person at a time, by creating living and working environments where everyone can thrive.
